All content is stored securely in your account for as long as you maintain your account with us.

Yes, Premium and Unlimited subscribers can customize the writing style of their essays by uploading writing samples. Our system analyzes your samples and applies your personal style to the generated essays, including vocabulary preferences, sentence structure, and transition patterns. This feature is not available on Free or Standard subscriptions.

Your text will generally be delivered 5-10 minutes after your conversation ends. During high-usage periods, it may take slightly longer. If you don't receive your content, please reach out to support.

Our weekly limits work on a rolling 7-day basis, not calendar weeks. Each essay you generate counts against your limit for the next 7 days. For example, if you have a Standard plan (3 essays/week) and use all 3 essays on Monday, you'll need to wait until the following Monday to generate more essays. As each essay "expires" after 7 days, you'll get a new essay credit.

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which you will no longer be billed. You can still access your essays through your account dashboard.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. For annual plans, you'll be charged the full amount at the beginning of your subscription period.

For best results, we recommend conversations between 5-15 minutes. This gives you enough time to fully explore your topic while maintaining focus. Very short calls (under 2 minutes) may not provide enough content to tailor questions well or generate a good text, while very long calls might dilute the focus on your topic. The system will guide you during the call if more information is needed.

If your call gets disconnected, you can call back within 5 minutes and the system will recognize you're continuing the same conversation. If it's been longer than 5 minutes, it will be treated as a new conversation and count as a separate essay against your quota. If you experience frequent disconnections, please contact our support team.

Our website dashboard works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. The website is fully responsive and works on desktop computers, tablets, and mobile phones. For the calling feature, you can use any phone capable of making standard voice calls. No special apps or software are required to use our service.

On your first call, scribe, our AI agent will greet you, noting briefly that the call may be recorded to improve the service and asking if you consent to receive a text message with your essay. Note that if you are calling from a phone which cannot text, or would just prefer to receive an email, you can tell him you would rather receive an email. Feel free to also give him other instructions about the conversation, especially if you want to keep the conversation short, or if you have lots of time (e.g. a long car ride) to talk! You will then begin to talk about whatever topic you are interested in, and by the end, scribe will be ready to send you something written about it!

Yes, your conversations and essays are private and can only be accessed by you and authorized system administrators for support purposes. We do not sell or share your content with third parties. Essays are accessible via unique URLs that are difficult to guess, but for maximum security, we recommend not sharing these URLs publicly if the content is sensitive.

By default, we keep your conversations and essays indefinitely so you can access them at any time. If you delete your account, all your personal data, conversations, and essays will be permanently deleted within 30 days. If you need specific content removed, you can contact our support team for assistance.

By default, we do not use your conversations or essays to train AI models. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service quality and performance. If you want to contribute to improving our AI models, you can opt in through your account settings. This is completely voluntary and can be changed at any time.
